Foster care is a system in which children are placed into when they are experiencing abuse, neglect, or any other inappropriate care they are getting from their biological parents or guardian. Foster children live a hard life, and more people need to take notice of that. These children grow up in terrible environments, create bad habits, and don't necessarily have someone to help them look at the positive in life. From personal experiences, I have learned that you need a lot of patience when working with these children. Because of their lifestyle, they interact completely different then one would think a child would. In order to conclude whether or not the foster care system is the best solution, I took several moves that would bring me closer to finding the answer. Within those moves you will find why children are taken out of their homes, how they and their parents are affected, and why they are constantly moved to different foster homes.
